IMPACT STORIES






            HCF has been able to fund numerous organizations and causes over the past year. These funds have made a
            tremendous difference for so many in our community. Here are just a few examples of funding from three
            grant programs that have changed lives for the better.

            HEART OF GEORGIAN BAY FORWARD FUND
